It was 5:54 AM, Thursday, October 6th, and we were in Twin Falls Idaho. Normally, we'd be sleeping, but not on this fine morning! We took a short nap and headed strait to the studios of KMVT, where we performed live on the "Rise and Shine" morning show!

Part 1 of 3 - "Meet the band Breaking Laces!" - We're introduced and start the morning off with a quick "God In Training" as the crew goes into commercials...
